waterdog automatic shut-off

Keep your yard clean and your costs down.

Have questions?

Overfilled tanks can lead to messy yards, dangerous spills, and costly water waste. The Waterdog Automatic Shut-Off is designed to put an end to these problems, ensuring that your trucks take on just the right amount of water—every time.

The Waterdog Automatic Shut-Off operates by sensing the back pressure created as air escapes from the tank. When the tank is nearly full, this back pressure spikes, triggering a pressure switch that automatically turns off the water supply. It’s a straightforward yet highly effective way to prevent overfilling.

Model a

Ideal for plants with existing electrical controls, such as a pump start/stop station. This model is typically used in plants with well (pumped) water, where drivers push a start button to take on water.

Model B

Designed for plants without electrical controls, where drivers manually open and close a hand ball valve to take on water. This model is commonly used in plants with city water (constant pressure source). It requires a 100VAC NC Solenoid valve for operation, sold separately.

Don’t let overfilling cause unnecessary costs and complications in your plant. The Waterdog Automatic Shut-Off is an affordable and reliable way to protect your resources, infrastructure, and bottom line.

overfilling costs you more than you think

It’s a significant drain on your resources.

Wasted water = wasted money

Every gallon of city water that overflows is a gallon you’ve paid for. With well water, overuse can lead to premature equipment failure and increased maintenance costs.

damage to your infrastructure

Spilled water can weaken your pavement and, in winter, create dangerous ice hazards.

increased costs for special water

Chilled or heated water is even more expensive, making every drop count.

potential penalties and complaints

Overflows can lead to fines and unhappy neighbors, adding to your headaches.
