For large ready-mix plants

For plants with 10-50+ mixer trucks we recommend:

Model B Snubnose (largest plants)

  • 4 trucks washout simultaneously

  • Design capacity up to 2 cubic yards/minute

Model B Snubnose (large plants)

  • 2 trucks washout simultaneously

  • Design capacity up to 1 cubic yards/minute

for midsize plants

For plants with 3-10+ mixer trucks we recommend:

Model X2 Six-Shooter

  • 2 trucks washout simultaneously

  • Design capacity up to ½ cubic yards/minute

for small plants

For plants with 1-6 mixer trucks we recommend:

Model X1 Six-Shooter

  • 1 truck washout

  • Design capacity up to ½ cubic yards/minute

models m6 and r2

Small reclaimers for small washout sizes.

These models are ideal for pipe & block, precast and specialty plants like GFRC and railroad tie plants.

Model m6

Separates coarse and fine aggregates design capacity up to 3 cubic yards per hour.

Model r2

Offers no separation of aggregates, with a design capacity up to 3 cubic yards per hour.
