When a precast plant manufacturing pipe sections, box culverts, and utility vaults needed a smaller reclaimer with the ability to separate rock and sand, BFK responded by developing the M6—fondly dubbed the “Mini Six-Shooter” during its creation.
The M6 is designed to handle various washout tasks, from ready-mix trucks to mud buckets, skid-steerers, and other plant equipment. With the capability to reclaim 1 to 3 yards per hour, this versatile reclaimer efficiently handles washouts without tying up personnel or equipment. It’s perfect for both standalone use (like You-Cart washout) and can be paired with a wide array of infeed hoppers, troughs, and pre-feeders to suit your plant's specific needs.
Available in left- or right-hand sand screw discharge configurations, the M6 reclaimer is designed to integrate seamlessly into your operations, allowing you to maintain productivity and minimize downtime.
The Star Hopper/Prefeeder paired with the appropriate size hopper is a great addition to the M6. This allows washout into the hopper, rather than the infeed of the reclaimer. Simply dump into the hopper and the Star Prefeeder will dispense the concrete into the reclaimer on its own, optimizing workflow. Available in ½ - 2 yard hopper capabilities, round or square, and uses a ½ or 1 hp motor, depending on the hopper size. Ideal for washing out mud buckets, skid-steers, etc.

Developed in response to specialized requirements, the R2 Reclaimer is ideal for precast, pipe & block plants, and specialty plants like GFRC. If your operation deals with small daily washouts where separating rock and sand isn’t necessary, the R2 is your perfect match.
For example, an architectural wall panel manufacturer near a lake needed a solution to handle their washout without reusing aggregates, to avoid mixed colors or sizes in their panels. They required a system that could eliminate waste concrete efficiently, without the costs and space demands of a larger reclaimer. BFK’s R2 was engineered precisely to meet these needs, capable of reclaiming 1 to 3 yards per hour and capturing solids larger than 50 mesh, including fibers.
The R2 also excels in environments where you need to separate small amounts of solids from large quantities of slurry water, making it an excellent fit for specialty mix designs. Available in both left- and right-hand screw discharge, and compatible with a range of operational accessories, the R2 delivers dependable performance in a compact package.
