X1
The Model X1 Six-Shooter is specifically designed for small ready-mix plants managing 1 to 6 mixer trucks, as well as precast and products plants that rely on mixer trucks. With a design capacity of about half that of the Snubnose, the X1 handles ¼ to ½ yard per minute, offering a practical solution that doesn’t compromise on performance.
The “1” in Model X1 signifies its 4’ wide infeed hopper, allowing one truck to wash out at a time. This compact design uses just 9 horsepower while delivering clean, reusable rock and sand, making it an energy-efficient choice for smaller operations.
Despite its smaller size, the X1 doesn’t skimp on features. It’s available with all the same functions and accessory options as its larger counterpart, including a sand screw heater, automatic start/stop, and your choice of left- or right-hand sand screw discharge to fit your plant’s specific needs.
X2
The X2 Six-Shooter is recommended for the use in the mid-sized Ready Mix plants operating 3 to 10 mixer trucks. Like it’s little brother, the X2 handles ¼ to ½ yard per minute and is sized with a 7’4” wide infeed hopper that allows two trucks to wash out simultaneously.
The X2 is identical to the X1 with the exception of:
The in feed hopper is 88" wide to accommodate 2 trucks at once
A second Standpipe Stinger (allowing the drivers to take on wash water at the machine)
To accommodate the extra water required the pump size increased to 5HP
